The 1% Pledge
One percent of all earnings generated by King's Capital is given annually to seven organizations on the front lines of defending faith, family, and freedom. This is not charity. It is stewardship — the natural overflow of capital guided by conviction.
Why We Give
We believe that capital, rightly understood, is a tool for building something greater than wealth. The organizations we support are not recipients of our charity — they are partners in a shared mission. Their work in courts, classrooms, media, and legislatures is as important as anything we do in markets.
The 1% pledge is not a response to social pressure. It was written into the founding documents of King's Capital before we had a single investor. It is who we are, not what we do for optics.
"Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce."
Proverbs 3:9
How It Works
It Is a Covenant, Not a Campaign
The 1% pledge is written into the operating structure of King's Capital. It is not a marketing commitment, a PR initiative, or a line item subject to annual review. It is a permanent, structural obligation — as binding as any investor agreement we sign.
We Give From Earnings, Not Assets
The pledge is calculated on net earnings generated by the fund — not on AUM, not on fees, not on paper gains. When we profit, our partners profit. When a year is flat, we give nothing and owe nothing. The alignment is intentional.
We Choose Organizations, Not Causes
We do not give to abstract causes. We give to specific organizations with proven track records, accountable leadership, and measurable impact. Each of our seven partners was selected through a rigorous vetting process and is reviewed annually.
Transparency Is Non-Negotiable
Every year, we publish a giving report to our investors detailing the exact dollar amount distributed and the allocation across each partner organization. Our investors have a right to know where their returns go.
Our Partners
Each partner was selected for its proven track record, organizational integrity, and alignment with the values that guide every decision we make at King's Capital.
